How a digital transformation helped a modular construction start-up scale up

Beverley Park Homes has grown at an impressive pace from just five staff at one location to a team of forty-three across two sites in just six years.

Producing two products, across two sites, with an output of over 300 static lodges a year, the business, which was managed using an array of spreadsheets, was rapidly transcending into its next growth phase.

To maintain growth and with a merger on the horizon, Beverley Park Homes needed a single system to help them manage everything from sales and production to delivery and customer support.

One app at a time, one challenge at a time

As Beverley Park Home had no dedicated business management system in place, there was no need for a mass transfer of data or critical functionality required. Instead, the business and its team had to undergo a digital transformation, which would fundamentally alter the business's processes for the previous six years.

The first phase for FlowsEasy was implementing Zoho CRM. Every other feature would run alongside the CRM and act as a central data storage system to provide Beverley Park Homes with complete traceability.

With Zoho CRM in place, the team could begin using the Zoho system and build confidence. It allowed time for the business to understand the benefits of going truly digital and how it supports their roles. Now Zoho apps are integrated within every department of Beverley Park Homes. Finance use Books, production use a bespoke production management feature, sales can use CRM to manage leads, quote and provide aftercare, and staff even clock in and out using Zoho timesheets.

As a manufacturing business creating large static caravans, the complex nature of the production process meant Beverley Park Homes needed to configure a system to mirror its workflows.
