A problem which until the pandemic had been manageable, but as lockdown began, Matt says, "We had to quickly adapt, we had to make ourselves mobile, we had to be homeworking and be productive."
Matt says, "They [FlowsEasy] made us remote overnight, implemented technology that I'll probably have planned over a five-year program... literally in a matter of days."
Whilst FlowsEasy doesn't recommend implementing Zoho within a week, it is possible to get basic functionality set up and data transferred from legacy systems. Every client and situation is different; in this case, speed and delivery were crucial, so that is what was provided.

Initially, Matt and his operations team conducted training in the form of webinars and Q&A sessions. "They built us a series of training videos, on-demand modules the team could log in to and watch, that was relevant to them at the appropriate time." Matt added, "their training videos and on-call support were probably the main reason we were able to implement so successfully."
